Richard T. Campana, Food Bank server

Richard T. Campana, 81, of Williamsville, died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011.

Mr. Campana attended Canisius High School and Canisius College.

He was married at St. Mark’s Church in Buffalo on July 2, 1955.

Mr. Campana was a gardener and avid reader and also enjoyed watching his sons, and later grandsons, in their sporting events.

Mr. Campana was a 20-year member of SS. Peter and Paul Church in Williamsville and served food to the homeless at the Food Bank.

He was an active member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

He is survived by his wife, Martha; four sons, Thomas, Peter, Joseph and Richard; one daughter, Marie Terryberry; and 14 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son, James P.; his twin, Robert; another brother, John; and one sister Joan.

A service was held on Nov. 14 at SS. Peter and Paul Church with arrangements made by Beach-Tuyn Funeral Home.
